Multi-Branch Setup
Managing multiple clinic locations from a single account.
Adding branches
Multi-branch is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans:
- Go to Settings → Branches → Add Branch
- Enter the branch name, address, and phone number
- Assign doctors to the branch (doctors can belong to multiple branches)
- Set branch-specific working hours and appointment types
Each branch has its own calendar, waiting room, and billing view. Data is shared (same patients, same invoices) but operations are separated.
Shared patient records
Patients are shared across all branches in your clinic account. A patient registered at Branch A can be booked at Branch B without re-registration.
Adopting patients from other clinics: If a patient has records at a different Clinit clinic, they can share those records with you via a consent link from their patient portal. The records become a read-only reference in your account.
Branch-level reporting
All analytics and reports can be filtered by branch:
- Revenue by branch
- Appointment volume by branch
- Doctor performance by branch
- Patient acquisition by branch
The Overview dashboard shows aggregate figures across all branches by default. Use the Branch filter at the top of any report to drill down to a specific location.
