Designed around how dermatology clinics actually work

Common frustrations Clinit eliminates on day one.

Manually calculating PASI scores and recording them in spreadsheets
Clinical photos in phone galleries with no patient linkage or consent record
Isotretinoin patients missing monthly blood test reminders
Phototherapy cumulative dose tracked on paper with high error risk
Injectable lot numbers and expiry dates not tracked — stock surprise
Treatment packages tracked on paper vouchers that patients lose
Biopsy specimens with no structured tracking from collection to result
No side-by-side before/after comparison for cosmetic patients

Dermatology-specific clinical features

Every tool your dermatology team needs — built in, not bolted on.

Clinical

Severity Scores (PASI / EASI / SCORAD / DLQI / IGA / VASI)

All six major dermatology scoring systems in one place. Automatic calculation, trend charts across visits, and treatment linkage. DLQI for biologic pre-authorisation documentation.

Skin Conditions & Body Map

Record conditions with ICD-10 codes, morphology type, severity grade, and body-map localisation. Dermoscopy findings, clinical notes, and treatment plan per condition. Compare findings across visits.

Before / After Photos

Side-by-side photo sets per body region with standardised views, visit interval tracking, and comparison gallery. Consent captured digitally with each photo session.

Biopsy & Pathology

Track specimens from collection through lab to pathology result — specimen site, technique, differential, lab name, and malignancy flag. Results stored with diagnosis linkage and follow-up action.

Phototherapy

Phototherapy Log (PUVA / NB-UVB)

Session log with dose in mJ/cm², cumulative total dose, device used, erythema response rating, and next-session scheduling. Safety alert at dose thresholds. PUVA and NB-UVB tracked separately.

High Risk

Isotretinoin Monitoring

Monthly protocol: pregnancy tests, LFT, lipids, CBC, skin response assessment, and counselling checkbox. Cumulative dose vs. target tracked automatically. Overdue monitoring alerts.

Procedures

Log laser, chemical peel, cryotherapy, cautery, and excision sessions with device settings, anaesthesia type, outcome notes, wound care instructions, and next-appointment scheduling.

Treatment Packages

Multi-session packages with live session countdown, progress bar, pricing, and mark-session-done workflow. Expiry dates, balance tracking, and WhatsApp reminders when sessions are running low.

Your entire dermatology workflow in one system

From first booking to final invoice — no switching between tools.

1
Patient intake
Check-in with skin type classification, allergy review, and previous procedure history. For cosmetic visits, contraindication screening is built into the intake form.
2
Clinical assessment
Doctor records conditions on the body map, calculates severity scores, and takes or reviews clinical photos. Dermoscopy findings and ICD codes are added per lesion.
3
Treatment & monitoring
Procedures are logged, phototherapy dose is recorded, isotretinoin monitoring is updated, and prescriptions are written — all in one visit note.
4
Packages & billing
Package session is marked with live countdown, follow-up is scheduled, and invoice is generated. Payment via Paymob — done before the patient leaves.

Clinical intelligence & analytics

Tools that go beyond record-keeping — helping you make better clinical decisions.

Injectable Inventory (Botox / Filler / PRP)
Lot numbers, expiry dates, low-stock warnings, and usage tracking for Botox, fillers, PRP, and biostimulators. Injection maps with dose per anatomical region per session.
Treatment Response Analytics
PASI/EASI/SCORAD improvement curves per treatment category. See which biologics, topicals, or light therapies are achieving best response rates across your patient cohort.
Patch Test Records
Standard and extended patch test panels with readings at 48h and 96h. Allergen reactions, interpretation, and avoidance advice — stored per patient and printable as a patient report.
Digital Consent Library
Procedure-specific consent forms for every cosmetic and surgical procedure — pre-filled from the patient record, signed on-screen, stored with timestamp and IP address.

The PASI trend charts are the thing our patients respond to most. When they see their score dropping from 22 to 4 over 16 weeks, they understand why they need to stay on treatment. Biologic compliance has transformed.

Common questions about the Dermatology module

Which severity scoring systems are included?
Clinit includes PASI (full BSA calculation), EASI, SCORAD, PO-SCORAD (patient-reported), DLQI (quality of life), IGA (Investigator Global Assessment), and VASI (vitiligo). All scores are trended with treatment linkage and are printable for biologic pre-authorisation.
How does the phototherapy cumulative dose tracking work?
Each NB-UVB, PUVA, or BBUVB session logs the dose in mJ/cm². Clinit accumulates the lifetime total automatically and displays a safety warning when approaching published dose threshold limits. Sessions are charted over time with erythema response ratings.
How does isotretinoin monitoring work?
Clinit tracks monthly LFT, lipid panel, and CBC results with date-stamped entries. It calculates cumulative dose vs. the 120–150 mg/kg target and sends automated reminders when the next blood test is due. For female patients, pregnancy test documentation and counselling checkboxes are included.
Can I track injectable inventory (Botox, filler) across multiple sessions?
Yes. Each injectable product is registered with brand, lot number, and expiry date. Each session deducts the volume used. Low-stock warnings fire when stock falls below your minimum. Expired lots are flagged before use.
