1. What data we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, clinic name, and specialty when you create an account or contact us. We also collect usage data to improve the product. Patient data you enter into Clinit is owned entirely by you and is never used for any purpose other than operating the service.

2. How we use your data

We use your information to provide and improve the Clinit service, send you product updates and support messages, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

All data is stored on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. We perform daily encrypted backups with 30-day retention.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the service (session authentication). With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

5. Your rights

You may request a full export of your data at any time from your account settings. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at privacy@clinit.app.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain data for 90 days to allow for reactivation or export, after which it is permanently deleted.
