Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Clinit account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of a clinic or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service

Clinit provides cloud-based clinic management software including appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. Your data

You retain full ownership of all patient and clinic data you enter into Clinit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Clinit only for lawful purposes related to the management of a legitimate medical practice. You may not resell access to Clinit or attempt to reverse-engineer the software.

5. Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in EGP and are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. We may update pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of liability

Clinit is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo.
