Which cardiovascular risk calculators are included?
SCORE2 (primary prevention ≥40), SCORE2-OP (≥70), GRACE 2.0 (6-month ACS mortality), TIMI STEMI, TIMI NSTEMI/UA, HEART score, CHA₂DS₂-VASc, and HAS-BLED. All results are saved to the patient record with the calculation date and input values used.
How does the GDMT heart failure tracker work?
At each HF clinic visit, the GDMT checklist shows the four pillars: ACEi/ARB/ARNI, beta-blocker, MRA, and SGLT2i. For each drug, you record current dose, target dose, and reason for any dose limitation (e.g. renal function, bradycardia). Progress to optimal GDMT is visualised as a checklist.
How does the device registry work?
Each implantable device has its own record: manufacturer, model, serial number, lead parameters, programmed settings, battery voltage at implant, last interrogation values, and next interrogation due date. Maintenance reminders fire automatically. You can also record shock therapies and programming changes per interrogation.
What does remote patient monitoring include?
RPM in Clinit receives structured alert summaries from device transmissions: ICD therapies (shock type, cycle length), AF burden (% AF in the monitoring period), HF fluid impedance trends, and ambulatory blood pressure readings. You categorise alerts (action required / monitoring / no action) and log your response — all linked to the patient record.
