Revenue analytics

Analytics > Revenue — available to Clinic Owner and Admin roles.

Total Revenue — by period (day/week/month/quarter/year)

Collected vs Billed — collection rate trend (healthy target: above 90%)

Daily Revenue Chart — spot busy and slow days

Revenue by Payment Method — cash, card, insurance, instalment

Revenue by Procedure — which services generate the most income

All charts support custom date ranges. Export as Excel (one row per transaction) or PDF (summary report).

Patient cohort retention

Analytics > Cohort Retention — tracks whether patients come back.

The cohort matrix shows: for each month new patients, what percentage returned in months 1, 2, 3, 6, and 12 after their first visit.

Healthy retention benchmarks by specialty:

Dental: 60% at 6 months (scaling recall)

Dermatology: 70% at 3 months (active treatment)

Physiotherapy: 85% at 1 month (ongoing programmes)

General: 50% at 12 months (annual check-up)

Patients who have not returned within their expected recall window appear in the Lapsed Patients list for targeted recall campaigns.

Demand forecasting

Analytics > Demand Forecast — predicts appointment volume for the next 4 weeks.

The forecast uses historical appointment data (minimum 60 days required) and accounts for:

  • Day-of-week patterns
  • Public holidays in Egypt
  • Seasonal trends
  • Recent growth rate

Outputs a narrative summary and a week-by-week chart. Use this to schedule additional doctor sessions before predicted peaks, adjust staff rotas, and plan consumable stock ordering.
