TRIAL (30 days, free)

  • All specialty modules available
  • WhatsApp: 50 messages/month
  • AI: 100 AI requests/month
  • Storage: 1 GB
  • Support: documentation + community

STARTER

  • 1 clinic location
  • Everything in Trial, unlimited
  • WhatsApp: 500 messages/month
  • AI: 500 AI requests/month
  • Storage: 5 GB
  • Support: email (48h response)
  • Multi-doctor scheduling

PROFESSIONAL

  • Up to 3 locations (branches)
  • Everything in Starter
  • WhatsApp: 2,000 messages/month
  • AI: 2,000 AI requests/month
  • Storage: 20 GB
  • Support: priority email + WhatsApp (business hours)
  • Advanced analytics
  • Insurance claims module
  • API access (read endpoints)
  • Webhooks
  • Custom print templates

ENTERPRISE

  • Unlimited locations
  • Everything in Professional
  • WhatsApp: custom (Meta Business API account)
  • AI: unlimited
  • Storage: 100 GB
  • Support: dedicated account manager + 4h SLA
  • Full API access
  • SSO (SAML)
  • SLA contract
  • Custom integrations

Upgrading: Settings > Subscription > Upgrade. Payment is via Stripe (card) or bank transfer (Enterprise only). Downgrading is effective at the end of the billing period.
