Last updated May 2026

Create your clinic account

Go to doctor.clinit.app/signup and complete the 3-step registration:

  1. Enter your email, name, and a secure password
  2. Enter your clinic name and choose your specialty type (Dental, Optical, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Cardiology, Physiotherapy, or General Practice)
  3. Accept the Terms of Service and click Create Clinic

You will receive a confirmation email. Your clinic is created instantly — no waiting period.

Add your first doctor and set a schedule

After signup, you land on the Clinic Setup wizard:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Doctors and click Add Doctor
  2. Enter the doctor's name, email, and specialty
  3. Go to Settings → Schedules and define working hours for each day
  4. Set appointment slot duration (15, 20, 30, or 45 minutes)

Doctors you invite receive a welcome email with login instructions. They can log in from any browser or the Clinit mobile app.

Import your existing patients

To migrate your existing patient list:

  1. Go to Patients → Import
  2. Download the CSV template
  3. Fill in your patient data: name, date of birth, phone, email, gender
  4. Upload the completed CSV and click Import

Clinit validates each row and shows you any errors before committing. Duplicate detection prevents creating the same patient twice. For large imports (1,000+ patients), contact support for assisted migration.

Book your first appointment

  1. Click the + button on the calendar or press Shift+W for a walk-in
  2. Search for a patient by name or phone number
  3. Select the appointment type, duration, and doctor
  4. Click Save — the patient receives a confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS automatically

Status lifecycle: SCHEDULED → CONFIRMED → ARRIVED → IN_CHAIR → COMPLETED

Mark patients as Arrived from the Waiting Room when they check in physically.

Connect Paymob for digital payments

To accept card payments from patients:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Gateways
  2. Click Connect Paymob and enter your Paymob API key, Integration ID, and iFrame ID
  3. Test with a EGP 1 transaction using a Visa test card
  4. Enable payment links — patients receive a link to pay their invoice online

Paymob supports: Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, Fawry, ValU, and InstaPay. International card payments use the Stripe integration (optional).
