ClinIT's multi-branch architecture lets group practices and hospital chains manage all locations from a single account — with per-branch permissions, shared patient records, and consolidated reporting.
The Multi-Branch Challenge
A group practice with three branches typically ends up with three separate software installations, three patient databases, three billing systems — and a practice owner who can never get a clear picture of overall performance without exporting spreadsheets from each.
ClinIT was designed from the ground up for multi-location operations.
Unified Patient Record Across Branches
A patient registered at Branch A is immediately accessible at Branches B and C. The receptionist at any branch can pull up the full visit history, prescriptions, and invoices — no need to re-register or transfer records manually.
Privacy controls allow the clinic group to set whether cross-branch record access is read-only or fully editable, depending on their governance preference.
Per-Branch Permissions
Staff roles in ClinIT are scoped at the branch level. A receptionist at Branch A cannot access the patient list at Branch B unless they are explicitly granted cross-branch access. Doctors can be assigned to one or multiple branches; their schedule, patient lists, and notes follow the branch context they are currently working in.
Consolidated Analytics
The owner/group-admin dashboard aggregates KPIs across all branches:
- Total appointments and completion rates.
- Revenue by branch, by doctor, by service.
- No-show rate comparison across locations.
- New vs. returning patient ratio per branch.
Drill-down is available to the individual branch level with a single click.
Branch-Specific Settings
Each branch maintains its own:
- Working hours and public holidays.
- Service catalogue (with optional inheritance from the group catalogue).
- Pricing (useful when branches operate in different markets).
- Payment gateway credentials.
Adding a New Branch
In
Settings → Branches, click
Add Branch, fill in the address and working hours, assign a branch manager, and the branch is live within minutes. Patient transfer protocols and service catalogue mapping are handled through guided setup wizards.
Enterprise Tier
Groups with 5+ branches can request a dedicated account manager and custom SLA through ClinIT Enterprise. Multi-branch reporting is available on the Growth plan and above.
