The 15-Minute Setup Sequence
Step 1: Create Your Account (2 minutes)
- Go to clinit.app → Get Started
- Enter your email, create a password
Step 2: Set Up Your Clinic Profile (3 minutes)
- Clinic name, specialty type, address, phone number
- Upload logo (optional but recommended)
- Choose your display language (Arabic/English)
Step 3: Add Your Doctors (3 minutes)
- Invite doctors by email or phone number
- Assign specialty and role (Doctor, Nurse, Receptionist)
- Doctors receive an invitation link; first login takes 60 seconds
- Set working days and hours for each doctor
- Create appointment types (New Patient 30 min, Follow-Up 15 min, etc.)
- Set slot duration and buffer time
Step 5: Book Your First Appointment (3 minutes)
- Go to Calendar → New Appointment
- Search for a patient (or create a new patient record)
- Select doctor, date, time, appointment type
- Confirm — the appointment is live
When you choose a specialty (e.g., Dental), Clinit pre-configures:
- Specialty-specific session tabs (Tooth Chart, BPE, Prescription, Services)
- Standard appointment types for that specialty
- Invoice line items for the 20 most common procedures
- WhatsApp reminder templates (pre-approved, ready to send)
