Clinit is an all-in-one clinic management platform: scheduling, EMR for 10 specialties, billing, finance, HR, inventory, patient portal with native mobile apps, marketing, analytics, clinical AI tools, PDPL compliance, and automated patient messaging.

All PostgreSQL data — clinic records and marketing CMS — lives on **self-managed PostgreSQL** accessed directly via Prisma and native `pg`. The monorepo spans dashboard, marketing web, and three mobile apps.

Clinit ships an **optional** HL7 Interop Hub — off by default; clinics opt in under Settings → Integrations. A dedicated interop worker handles MLLP/HTTP dispatch, retries, inbound parsing, and dead-letter review without impacting tenants without an active connection.
